🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Elvero Fashion

Thank you for shopping with Elvero Fashion.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product is defective

Note: We do NOT accept returns for size issues,or customer damage.


2. Time Window

  • Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • After 48 hours, we cannot accept return or exchange requests.


3. Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from start to end, no cuts)

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

Without proof, return/refund cannot be approved.


4. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/discount items

  • Accessories

  • Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging/tag


5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Replacement is not available

  • The issue is genuine and approved by our team

Refund method:

  • Bank Transfer / UPI (processed in 3–7 working days)


6. Exchange Process

If the product is eligible:

  • We will arrange an exchange (if available)

  • Customer may have to pay re-shipping charges (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping

  • In case of wrong/damaged product, we cover return shipping.

  • In all other cases (if approved), customer must pay the return shipping charges.


8. Conditions for Approval

Return will be accepted only if:

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • Issue is reported within 24–48 hours with proof
